Summary

Localization Workflow in the Policy & Procedure Management application allows Document and Assessment Owners to create copies of their original draft content and make them available to other locations in the organization where modifications can be made, such as insertions of local regulations and/or translation into local language(s). Learn how to enable this feature, prepare a template, and use the Properties Wizard. 

 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, Admins and Content Owners will be able to:

  • Define Localization Workflow and describe its benefits.
  • Enable Localization Workflow in a document template.
  • Describe each document workflow step with Localization Workflow.
  • Create an original document and localized copies of that document.
