This self-paced learning material is intended for system users given the Policy & Procedure Management role of Approver. The content workflow always includes a Content Owner and a minimum of one Approver. Additional steps include writers and Reviewers. All content must be marked as approved before it can be published and may be also be approved by Global and Site Administrators.
