Learn how to use the optional Unreviewed Reports feature, including how to designate Dispositioners and manage Unreviewed Reports.
About this course
This optional feature is only available for organizations that have opted to enable. Contact NAVEX Customer Support with questions.
Newly returned reports containing red or yellow alerts will go into the Unreviewed Report status when in use. This allows Dispositioners to review reports and remove false positives, before report results are factored into the third party's profile.
Upon completion, you will be able to:
